How our application assistance works

Before you apply

Check the service page for eligibility and the list of required documents. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp.

At the centre

Our staff verify your documents, fill the application with you, and submit it through the official portal or procedure. You review details before submission.

OTPs and passwords

Any OTP sent to your mobile is entered only by you or with your explicit consent during the visit. We never store Aadhaar OTPs or your portal passwords.

After submission

You receive an acknowledgement/reference where the department provides one. Track your order on our Track Order page.
