How we use it
Only to process your service order, contact you about it, and — if you agree — send reminders on WhatsApp.
Documents
Identity documents are verified in person. Any copies retained for processing are stored privately and accessible only to authorised staff.
Sharing
We share information only with the relevant department or service provider as needed to complete your application, or when required by law.
Order tracking
Order status can only be viewed with both the reference number and the registered mobile number.
