Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before work starts
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before any work has started.
After submission
Service charges are not refundable once an application has been submitted on a portal. Government fees paid to a department are subject to that department's refund rules.
Errors on our side
If an application fails because of an error made by our staff, we will redo the work without an additional service charge.
